What a wonderful spot in a beautiful neighborhood. I was only able to stay for one night, but would have loved to have been here longer. It’s an excellent place to spend time!

This house is beautiful, and very comfortable. Everything was provided, including clear instructions on how to use the TV, AC/heating, etc. The owners have done a fabulous job. The neighborhood is wonderful, with restaurants and shops close by. The Frothy Monkey provides an amazing brunch, and the Sunday afternoon bluegrass at Drifters was sensational! All this, while close to the airport and downtown! For a visit to Nashville, this house/location can't be beaten!!

Exceptionally well planned and well appointed living space. Notably, everything is of high quality. This is not at all the norm at AirBnBs, particularly where kitchen equipment is concerned. In this unit, everything works well, the knives are sharp, the pans are in good condition, the bedding is soft, the mattresses are comfortable, and you'll find most things that you'll need. There are numerous thoughtful touches, for example, coffee is supplied, there is sparkling water in the fridge, there is a great assortment of games to play, the TV is well set up for you to log into your accounts and then have the TV auto log out. These are little things, but it really makes the stay pleasant. The unit is well situated and it was fun to explore local restaurants, coffee shops, chocolate makers, etc. East Nashville doesn't have the bachelorette parties (joy!) but has a very sophisticated, discerning, friendly, and cool vibe. Moreover, you'll really enjoy your stay!

An absolutely terrific airbnb experience! This was our second stay at Chrissy's place. We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and serene airbnb. The home is extremely clean and welcoming, with so many special touches (the complimentary chocolate bar from local confectioner Olive & Sinclair, the beautiful linens, the stunning modernist decor, the detailed list of recommendations, etc.) that it made our vacation truly memorable. We loved being in a residential East Nashville neighborhood. It's such a wonderful area and there's so much to do. Favorite nearby restaurant is Limo Peruvian; favorite tiki bar is Pearl Diver. :) Highly recommended! One of the best we've ever stayed in.

This may be the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many! The decor and architecture is beautiful, but it’s very warm and cozy. It was super quiet and peaceful. Location is fantastic - safe, walkable, easy in and out with a car. Host is super responsive and helpful. Truly perfection!

This was a perfect spot for being conveniently located right in East Nashville, walkable to a bunch of spots, including a café, chocolate shop, and extensive park with trails for running or hiking. Traveling to downtown Nashville is a quick drive or rideshare. Honestly, we really liked not being in downtown Nashville, way quieter and felt very safe. The spot is clean, modern, has all high-quality amenities and nice touches. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Very clean and really enjoyed having make up wash cloths to take my make off! Only thing would love to have is a second bathroom downstairs since we came with another couple! Over all great place

Find us

If you're planning to explore the vibrant restaurant scene, spend evenings on or around Broadway and East Nashville, enjoy live music, and visit downtown tourist spots, you won't need to rent a car. Opt for rideshares, as downtown parking can be hard to find and expensive, potentially costing you more. Uber, Lyft, or Earth rides from the house to downtown typically average only $8-$12! However, if you're eager to delve into more of Nashville beyond the downtown area (and trust me, there's plenty more to experience!), renting a car is advisable since attractions are spread out. Fortunately, everything is within about a 15-minute driving radius, which is quite manageable! Keep in mind that Nashville's public transit system is not extensive (at least not yet – fingers crossed for the future!), and the city isn't very walkable due to a lack of natural pathways between neighborhoods. Therefore, having a car is the most convenient way to navigate the city.
